I noticed Fortress2000's tetris doodle so i though that I would have to make something Tetrisy myself.

 

 

 

Again it started off as a doodle, then turned into a dog :)

The blocks themselves look nice. However, the text looks bad and you should make the background transparent. I would leave out text and crop the image to the size of the blocks.
