what are some places where i could find higher lvl imlping(magpie-dragon) in the "real" world. im mainly looking for a place where i can get magpie fairly often. any one have any ideas?

There actually isn't any spawn that would gurantee spawn a high lvl imp like you said, all in world spawns have a equal chance of spawning a high lvl imp. The "high lvl imp are usually found at remote places" theory is because there is not enough people travelling through that area to discover the high lvl imp hiding there, while other high traffic areas like catherby farm patch, any high lvl imp would be noticed and caught quickly. I saw a dragon imp at catherby patch before, it got caught in less than a minute.
