I have all Quest Requirements.

 

 

 

I have 25 Herblore

 

I have 50 Mining

 

 

 

Now Do I need 53 Fishing and Cooking or can I pot up?

 

 

 

If so, what should I take @ level 50 Fishing and Cooking?

You can fish and cook the lava eels before you start the quest, so I'd guess you can pot. Just get a fishing potion or 2, depending on how many you want to catch, and a Chef's delight (think it raises you high enough).
