Manage thy kingdom? Seeds? What?

Ok, so I know you can do "farming" for manage thy kingdom, which I believe gets you seeds, but tip.it's guide doesn't list the farming option. So my question is this: what is the cost per seed when using MTK? (i.e. flax costs 40 gp)

And PLEASE don't tell me that you get seeds from collecting wood, I know that already.

the "farming" option gives pretty much all allotment and hop seeds and flowers. It is not worth it.
