Mamong Posted December 23, 2007 Share Posted December 23, 2007 I recently changed my icons using a Stardock Program (IconPackager) and I removed it later and the icons of course went with it. I had icons configured for most files and now I have annoying files with no icons. Is there a way I can restore all my icons without having to individually reset each file extension. Errdoth Posted December 23, 2007 Share Posted December 23, 2007 Or (in xp) you can download tweak ui (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx, and clicking on the very last menu option (repair) gives you the option to rebuild icons.
