for a 'slideshow' you could use flash of a gif animator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and free stuff better than paint, well paint is best for pixels, but otherwiose it can get very expensive ($700?) unless you ILLEGALY and very naughtily download it. but dont do that its very wrong!
