ok i need to get my smithing from 68-73 asap! ive mined and smelted 2k iron ore and 2k gold ore. made knives and smithed gold with gauntlets but the exp rate makes me cry! is there any secret with the GE to help me smith w/o losing too much? thanks in advance for any advice :thumbsup:

smelt steel bars.

Buy mith and coal in a 1:2 ratio.

 

 

 

Note them all, get a hammer, fire staff, a bit of cash and nature runes.

 

 

 

Go to keldagrim blast furnace.

 

 

 

Unnote ores at the npc.

 

 

 

Smelt mith bars and smelt into plates.

 

 

 

Alch plates.

 

 

 

Repeat.

 

 

 

You should at least break even with this methode, if not make money

that souds perfect!! ive never used the blast furnace but im sure i can read a guide somewhere \ thanks alot bruno.

You could also use evil stews(like I did)

 

buying the ores at 162 and 330 actually made me lose cash and thats not something i enjoy :wall: any other ideas?
