December 28, 200718 yr Non-picking up: You'll get atleast 400k xp, that is with hitting only 1s, and hitting nearly 100% of the time. Picking up: I have no clue here, but expect around 800k xp.

It now fires as slowly as a regular crossbow (Check the knowledge base if you don't believe me) It is no longer worth training with, the xp/hour is around 20k at high range levels.
