The clue:

 

 

 

"00.00 North 07.13 West"

 

states that:

 

 

 

"Southern part of Isafdar. You must have started the Regicide Quest and have level 56 agility to access this area"

 

 

 

The "southern part of Isafdar" is hardly helpful, as there are many weird areas there and "southern part" could be anything south of the middle point.

 

 

 

I took a trail there and pinpointed the location, the tip.it locater also helped me find it.

 

Here a nice example of what could replace it:

 

"Near the northwest tip of the pool of water just west of Tyras Camp in the southern area of Isafdar. Starting Redicide Quest & 56 agility required. "

 

 

 

I also got a wilderness clue, one that is a bit different from the changes in the wilderness.

 

"18.03 North 25.16 East"

Thanks fro clearing that up for me, I'll correct it, but theres still the Isafdar issue. The clue is very vague.
