I thought of the same thing, and since death runes are sold in rune shops it would have a negitive side effect.

if ht deatl altar did come out you would see a rise in death rune prices(in the shops) most likely and there would already be news of it spreading like wildfire.

when the hack of people dupin death runes the price went down dermaticly
