I didnt take denath's signil after he falls into the red pit thing, and i logged out and when i logged back in it was gone. Is there any way i can get it back? Will i have to make one?(this is during the Shadow of the Storm quest)

Most likely you will need to make a new one. Talk to Jennifer and ask for the Demonic Sigil mould if you dropped it.
