Main computer is restarting itself when you turn it on and the Windows logo and the bar shows up...

 

 

 

During when it restarted we heard a sound, and i'm thinking it came from harddisk, the sound came like when the computer restarted itself.

 

 

 

So i was wondering what i should do, i don't got a windows xp cd to reinstall so any advices where to get it?

 

 

 

P.S: Hoping to get the setup from net if possible :D
