May 13, 200521 yr Ive sendt many posts to jagex about different stuff. Its written their not sending auto messages anymore but i almost always get the same answer! So is Jagex really reading the suggestions and stuff we send? I understand if they have many posts to read but gosh....can they just send a proper message when they've read the post? :? Whats your opinion?
May 13, 200521 yr Of course they read them, and then someone responds accordingly with an automated responce. Sometimes they get good questions and they're actually personalized, so...Yea...They pay people to read them, I sure hope they're reading them.
May 13, 200521 yr how can you be sure? They've sent me personal responses, like when I've requested certain words be banned. So they do read the messages. lpinkus
May 14, 200521 yr yes they read them if you a mambers cuse i sent in a questoin on another player who was saying that she will get all of her freinds to report me and stuff (cuse i got her rune ax head lol) and a mod sent me a mesage back telling me that i had no reports on file so yes they do

May 17, 200521 yr The jagex customer support is terrible. They have to start getting more professional. Cuz i asked a question concerning the money in members (had problems with card bla bla bla) and they havent answered in 2 months... still waiting.... Note: I found the solution, but they didnt help me.... -------------------------------------------------------------------
