Its written their not sending auto messages anymore but i almost always get the same answer! So is Jagex really reading the suggestions and stuff we send? I understand if they have many posts to read but gosh....can they just send a proper message when they've read the post? :? Whats your opinion? Sometimes they get good questions and they're actually personalized, so...Yea...They pay people to read them, I sure hope they're reading them. Cuz i asked a question concerning the money in members (had problems with card bla bla bla) and they havent answered in 2 months... still waiting....
