ok my clue says

 

 

 

'You'll need to look for a town with a central fountain. Look for a locked chest in the towns chapel.'

 

 

 

Ok i found it its in varrok's church, so i went to the chest and it says 'Property of the clocktower monastery.'

 

 

 

What I gotta do now :cry:

Kill a monk at the Monastery just Southeast of the Clocktower to get the key for the chest.
