Herb Yields?

I quite enjor farming (i have 54 farming), although i haven't done it in while (been hunting). I've never had a herb yield higher than 6, and i always wield magic secateurs and use supercompost. Am i doing something wrong or am i just very unlucky?

 

 

 

PS do yields increase/chance of disease decrease if you plant lower level crops? I've been wondering about that for a while so if anyone could tell me too, that would be nice. :D

It must be your bad luck. As far as your second question I don't know.

Your yield from crops in Farming is entirely random. It just seems like bad luck at the moment. I'm sure you'll get more eventually. ;)

 

 

 

To answer your second question, I believe the chance of desease on crops depends on your Farming level. Therefore, a higher Farming level will mean there is less chance of desease.

Actually I believe that if you have a flower planted (not limpwurt) then the chance of your plants getting diseased decreases pretty dramatically.(correct me if I am wrong)

 

 

 

As for your yields its just pure bad luck. I have the same problem.

Nope, its all random. Farming Level has no effect at all except to dictate what you can attempt to grow.
