I'm pretty much doing hunting for the spotty cape. How should I train? I have 28 right now =p. Is there any animal I should stick too? Is there one I can make a marginal amount of money off of?

I got to level 40 by setting 2 bird traps down in feldip and capturing the Tropical Wagtails that give stripy feathers.

 

 

 

Thats how I did it anyway, alternatively, you could go to the hunting grounds near piscatoris, set your two bird traps, and chase after butterflys, which is also another way I tried, but gave up on after trying to click butterflys (which takes a lot of patience and accuracy lol)

Up to 42 -- the best birds you can, 42 -- 60, the best falconry you can, 60 -- 63, normal chins, 63 -- 66 red chins :)
