im making a signature, and i was wondering which program people use to animate some stuff in a pixel sig. Such as like a glow around a weapon that fades in and out (hope that's a good explanation)

If you have photoshop, image ready should have come with it. For a glow, just increase or decrease the opacity of the glow throughout the frames and it will produce a glow.
