Lol no it isn't Number of People in World - Respawn time (minutes) 750 - 20 1000 - 18 1250 - 17.3 1500 - 15 1750 - 14 2000 - 11.2 Best place to mine rune in F2P is the only place.. level 46 wild, 2 rocks north of Lava Maze... Best place in f2p depends really.. the wild is still really nice, I have no idea about the other places because Ive never tested them, but I can't imagine much better than the wild BTW, if you check my stats you will see I can mine it :o Oh, and about how long it actually takes: That part is sorta random... Sometimes I will get both ores in a world in under 10 seconds, one time it took near 5 minutes (to get both)..
