Maybe bring your penguin suit and pet penguin to the iceberg, ask Larry to put you in the suit and speak to your pet penguin?

 

Nope tried before, you cannot take any pet to the iceberg. Probably no summons as well

The Jagex news post of KB said that boosts don't allow you to understand the familiars/pets as they are boosts not your actual level. And as such it is impossible to talk to anycreature that is lvl 90 summoning upwards.
