I want to hunt monsters for expensive loot. Should I go DK? Barrows? KQ? GWD? I would prefer to solo.

You could probably solo mage rex at DK's with your stats, although your prayer is somewhat low. I wouldn't recommend Barrows because there are so many people that do it, that the prices are dropping pretty low, with the exception of Guthan's. Not sure about GWD, never been there. KQ you could solo, might have to take two trips though, maybe not.
