Weird bug (?)

I think I have some weird bug (or hacker) because sometimes when I just open a new page I copy the text I hover over (without clicking anywhere) it just started today, but it might be that my mouse got on less then 10% energy left and I put some new battery's in it but I think it is something else...

 

 

 

anyone has an idea what this could be? help is appreciated.
