Dissect Your Personality 2

:P I've decided to bring this topic up fresh (in other words, I can't find it on Google!)

I thought it would be interesting to see Tip.it's various personalities, or at least share something that I found interesting.

The website is http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/ .

As it says on the homepage:

Dr. Martin Seligman is Director of the University of Pennsylvania Positive Psychology Center and founder of Positive Psychology, a new branch of psychology which focuses on the empirical study of such things as positive emotions, strengths-based character, and healthy institutions. His research has demonstrated that it is possible to be happier to feel more satisfied, to be more engaged with life, find more meaning, have higher hopes, and probably even laugh and smile more, regardless of ones circumstances. Positive psychology interventions can also lastingly decrease depression symptoms. The research underlying these rigorously tested interventions is presented in the July/August edition of the American Psychologist, the journal of the American Psychology Association.

Authentic Happiness has almost 700,000 registered users around the world. You are welcome to use all of the resources on this website for free.

You will need to register, but it doesn't really matter what information you put in if you are uncomfortable with doing that; there's no confirmation email or anything.

Once you've registered, go to http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn ... spx?id=310 .

This is the test that I find the most interesting, the Physical Strengths test. This test shows you how your personality's strengths relate to one another. It is extremely long, with 240 questions, so be prepared to take over 10 minutes and answer honestly. Once you're done, you will be given your top 5 Physical Strengths. These are your personality's strongest attributes. As it says on the results screen, these are the ones to pay attention to and use often. You can also click an option to see how the rest of your strengths rank in relation to your top 5. In my opinion, it's incredibally accurate.

If you'd like, you can post the results on here, either take a screenshot or copy and paste them. If you've already took the test and you want to post your results, just go back to the website and click on the test's details. Or you can retake it and see if you've changed.

I'll post mine as an example. I recently retook mine a month after my previous one, and the results were slightly different.

Feel free to post your results and discuss this.
