I still have some changes to do before it is complete, but does anyone know a way to lower the kb size to under 30kb without ridding animation? I believe there was a program of some sort for this, I think I ran across it on RV, not sure, help?

paint shop pro, do each frame export as png or whatever play around with options

Im not sure, But you could try "save to web" on photoshop

yes, save for web on photoshop definately. You can lower the size without ruining the pic.
