My theory is whenever i finish a clue and i have a lot of cash in my inventory i always get a good reward but when ever i have no gp in my inventory i feel like hangin myself coz of the lame reward. Has ne1 else noticed this or is it just a co-incidence..................

To be fair, I gave this a try, and I think it has some merit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was, of course, not doing the lvl 3 clues, so as not to risk losing a lot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I loaded up with money and expensive items as finishing two lvl 2 treasure trails, and my rewards were addy (g) legs and Saradomin p4.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Which, all things considered, I could just be lucky, but those are two of the best trail rewards, and they were in a row. I think it's worth a shot, and, at least for lvl 2 trails, I'll definitely keep doing this.

i just tried to cause i thought it couldent hurt, and i got ranger boots from a lvl 2 clue and from a lvl 3 clue zamarok plate and legs, and a guthix page.

To update on my test of this, I did two more lvl 2 clues.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first of the two was not quite so hot; it was a yew longbow, 17 laws, and 66 airs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, number 2 was quite a winner, with 17 deaths, a green drag body, and ranger boots.
