Not sure of the correction, but something is missing from the info for this quest. RS will not let me proceed with the door in the Dwarven Mine or attack Wormbrain in the Port Sarim jail. It says he is already in jail so why do I need to attack him.

you need to talk to the oracle for the dwarf door thing and to one of the generals in goblin vill for wormbrain
