Well I'm on RS right now doing a treasure trail right, and I am at seers bank. Upon walking into the bank some guy named "Wwe shk nice" says "1 min til my plan!" "mwhaaaaaaa". Well I do bank business and I stay there to see what this guys "big plan" is. All throughout that minute he just says "mwghaaaaaa" and when it gets to the time he says "10 seconds!". Here is the really super weird part, not even 10 seconds later the mysterious old man appears and he disappears! I was like "huh?! wth!" What do you guys think of this?

It is possible to 'hunt' for random events by attempting to use certain spells such as NPC contact if the last random event was gotten quite a while ago

 

 

 

The success rate in such cases is probably >60%, and that is probably what he did

its a glitch to do with burying bones, where you can force a random to appear.

But here is the thing, I didn't see him cast a spell or bury anything >.

You try to bury the bone/cast the spell, but the random event interrupts it so you fail to do so

that's just weird though how burying a bone and casting a spell at the same time can cause that kind of glitch >.

He probably was testing a theory about "summoning" a random event. Maybe its just my luck but every monster trip I do I always get 1 gravedigger and 1 shade without fail.

 

 

 

Or, maybe the random events of Runescape have secretly tapped into our chat metwork where they police what we say.Hearing the mention of a "Plan" the MoM probably teeleported him away for questioning...
