after you finish the quest, you can go back to bill teach and he'll give you a magical cage then you can talk to 50 Ships Mufassah and he'll give you an ex-parrot use the parrot with the magical cage then you'll have to wait a while

I need someone to write this up tightly so we can include it in the guide.

After completion of Rocking out, you can raise an Ex-Ex-Parrot (with 71 Summoning). Speak to Bill Teach to obtain a Magic Cage, and speak to 50 Ships Mufassah to obtain an Ex-Parrot. Put the parrot in the cage use it on the large rock outside of the Cave Horror Dungeon to revive it.

 

Using a chisel on the same rock will give unstackable rock pieces, which are the food of the Ex-Ex-Parrot

 

 

 

heres a pic of where exactly the black stone can be found. use your ex-parrot in the magical cage on it to turn it into an ex-ex parrot.
