IE 7 (which you're probably using) : Tools -> Internet options -> Security -> Custom Level -> Find Scripting -> Under active scripting, tick Enable

 

 

 

Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Content -> Tick "enable javascript"

Sara_Mange, just for the reference, which Flash version did you download and install? Also, have you checked out Youtube's Technical Help? I actually heard that Adobe changed Flash in some manner, and it can cause serious breakage with applets designed for/with older versions of flash. :-s

Yea, it said something about turning on the flash I downloaded.. i downloaded the newest version (not sure of version) and I went to the tec help on Adobe, and it said something about the coding was broken or something.
