I have done dragon slayer a long time ago, and as i was looking through the quest database, i saw that at the bottom it said, "you must take the head to oziach". When i did the quest, i accidentally right clicked destroy, and i remember it stated "if you don't hav the head, oziach will still reward you for the quest".
