June 27, 200818 yr Depends what method you're using. Don't try and put in a CD and open up the file and drag them in. CD's use a file type, can't remember what it is, but it's not the song, it's just like a prompt that tells the default application to open the song. You need to rip the music from the CD to your computer, first. If you're not doing that, then there may be an 'Add' option somewhere which allows you to insert the song.
