crystal bow or rune crossbow?

Which one is better crystal bow or rune crossbow with lets say mith bolts?

 

 

 

Better for what? Half skilling and half killing. So what i am looking for is a good weapon for killing monsters (blue drags for example) and also has ok skill gain but does not cost a fortune to use.

 

 

 

ranged lvl: 80

 

 

 

P.S Crystal bows costs have been reduced to minimum.

 

P.S.S Stocking up money into crystal bows (10+) is not a problem.

 

P.S.S.S Running to recharge crystal bows is not a problem either.

i think rune crossbow is better since you still have 1 hand free.

Yeh, I like rune crossbow as its a 1 handed weapon.

rune crossbow + zamorak prayer book?

rune c'bow with zammy book for a perma 98+ range

 

they both cost roughly the same per shot i think and the

 

c'bow is slightly faster

 

you get bigger hits with the c'bow as well

Personally I enjoy the crystal bow for PvP things like Castle Wars,Clan Wars, and Pest Control. But for fighting monsters I believe it would be best to use Rune C'Bow

For blue drags and lower defense, crystal, any higher, Rune xbow.
