handman003 Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 Please add this to the Notes section at the bottom of http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=190 (Smoking Kills quest guide) If you have completed Spirits of the Elid, it helps to pray at the Elid Statue in Nardah just before fighting the Banshee Mistress. The shrine restores your prayer points, and raises your HP above it's maximum (although it goes down to normal with time). It saved me about 100k when my health fell to 3 while fighting the Mistress.
