Going for 99 herblore... Need advice

Hi everyone... I am level 63 at the moment for Herblore, and I am looking to obtain 99. I really have no idea in which to take this, so I wanted a lot of people's opinions on what would be the best way. Please post back on here with any suggestions on what I should do, money amount that would be recommended to start with and so on. I appreciate all your help, thanks in advance.

Ehm. As far as I can see, you can decide pretty much yourself how to go about it. Are you willing to splash a lot of cash, do you want to earn money back or not? Keep in mind that with herblore, you'll always lose money. (If you'd simply sell the herbs, you'd make more than selling the pots.)

 

 

 

I do herblore rather as a sideskill (88 now) and for me, it's inextricably linked with farming.

 

 

 

I get herbs from MTK, Slayer (Sumona gives a lot of herb beasties tasks) and Farming (seeds through slayer). I buy only the seconds that are a pain to get (wine of zamorak, mort myre fungi,...). All the rest, I collect myself and at the moment, I have enough herbs sitting in the bank for 91 herblore. After 99 slayer (in 2 weeks), I'll be farming a lot more to gradually get to 99.

 

 

 

If you want to spend the cash, do some calculations with the Tip.It calculators and determine the cost of your 99. Then you can see where you want to save money, if needed. In any case, even if you want to buy 99 herblore, combine it with farming ranarrs and/or snapdragons!
