Where to train melee combat?

Featured Replies

So I guess you nice people in H&A see these topics all the time, but I looked through and I couldn't see anything interesting, so here goes.

1) I am member

2) I don't want to train at ape atoll (stupid spiders)

3) I want to train somewhere that gets me some loot but that doesn't require food.

4) My stats are in my signiture.

5) I was thinking of that Safety place with the cockroaches, is this good?

6) Thank you for any help you can give.

at the [rooster] roaches you will need food, unless u have guthans but for loot try slayer some of them can give pretty good drops not to mention if you have done smoking kills you can make some money off the runes you can buy as rewards

Try Yaks. I got to my current combat stats from a previous average level of 65 in about two weeks, and I don't get on much. They don't give very interesting drops, but the yak hides are around 170gp each.

i got a couple o friends with me to roaches to lootshare. If you can get maybe 2 80+ peeps and a good ranger you can problemly stay there for a long time, say 1 to 2 hours before you have to bank :D Even in f2p its really good money, problemly one of the fastest way of making money there is. I made 50k an hour at the place.

roaches are really weak to range, even with my range and miths i can hit every other hit  if you can get someone with 70+ range i expect complete ownage

i would say roaches are fair xp, scims work great on them and i recommend bringing high alc runes and some pots to boost ur stats
