I'm not really sure how it works nd recharging. I read Tip.it guide and im a bit confussed about recharge cost and hose does it get cheaper. Is it like Borrows armour less u use it lower cost but when fully decayed full price?

It works somehting like this: You get the bow after the quest roving elves.

 

 

 

The bow has charges, and when it goes to 0 it turns into a seed, after that, you visit an elf and she will cahrge the seed into a bow or shield for some cash (900k bow), when it transformes into a seed again after you use it, you have to visit her again.

 

 

 

But this time it will cost i think it was 180k less (720k)...you keep doing this untill (540, 360, 180) she sells you the bow for 180k. After that, each time you want to charge it again it will cost you 180k only.
