dagannoth kings drop 100% but i'm also 100% sure you would not like to visit them for rannar weeds. :P

 

 

 

go for chaos druids. they have a high drop rate of herbs and can also drop 2 at the same time.

Abberant Spectres have an awesome drop rate on them.

 

 

 

You could always try ranarr farming tho :P
