I have been hanging around shown area for quite a long time,ive switched worlds,and that didnt help. i cant find it

 

 

 

help please,post suggestions n tips,im out of ideas...i have spoken to previous 2 scouts at gnome tree and desert. this 1 is impossible to find

i found him south east of the village twai bon wan trio of w/e the south wall was visable
