Dharoking apes at Ape atoll can get you 75k xp an hour or more based on stats and usage of potions.

Here are a few tips:

 

 

 

1. Bring Dragon Battle axe

 

 

 

2. Bring 3-5 sharks

 

 

 

3. Bring 20 Anti Poisons

 

 

 

4. Keep Hp at around 10 using the Spiders poisons (Max of 4 I believe) to control your hp.

 

 

 

5.I recommend having the Ape Atoll portion of RFD completed so If you die, you can get back quickly. (This has saved me numerous times)

 

 

 

6. Pray Melee and use chiv/Piety as well
