Is that the boxes near of femi's cart?Does i have to search the boxes?

I think you do have to search em

I search them, i find nothing, and i have the clue scroll in my inventory.

Please, i realy need help for that. Does i have to kill gnomes guard?

No you dont have to kill a gnome. You have to go west of the Making History quest start (south of Gnome Stronghold), it's the boxes west of the cart.
