If you currently do not cannon almost every task, I would recommend that you do, as this will greatly increase slayer exp/hr more than bandos/claws.

For your second question, the best place to kill blue dragons is cannoning them in the resource dungeon in taverly. Bank the bones/ hides using a war tort. As you have 86 herb, you should use zamorakian spear/ korasis sword + d def/ leaf bladed sword + d def using super anti fires.

I would suggest 9 on maple and the rest on coal, as 9 workers is all you need to get the max number of bird nests per day.

I am not quite sure on method of collection but seems a good plan to me. You cannot however give feathers to a beast of burden, so no b.o.b works. 5k may be slightly too many, i'm not sure i've made 2k and i have around 1.2k left still after around 4/5 months of using them, although I only use for dragon slayer tasks. Looking on youtube i've seen a method which claims around 950 feathers at 99 thieve using a larupia and completed eagles peak, have a look.

Berserker ring > Fury> Extremes > Turmoil/SS > BCP > Tassets > Overloads > Claws This is the order in which I got them, not sure if others have different views. Also getting a rapier will benifit you a lot in the long run.

Thought I will get just before the new year. Was 1711 total at the start of 2008, so 189 levels gained this year. : As well as 1900, I achieved another good level in my opinion two days ago, but waited to get 1900 before posting. If not firemaking, fletching would be a good skill to start. From 75-99 make yew longs and i think you still profit from them, so you will make money for another 99 instead of losing it. To get from 52-75, make maple shortbows (u) until 55, then your best bet would be to make maple long bows (u) to 75. You will lose something like 700k or so, but will make money back getting 75-99 and the longs (u) will aquire a nice bit of junk if you ever need it.

Do you want a full set effect, or just individual parts? The best individual parts would be torag/dharok/guthan platebody and verac skirt, no wep or helm as slayer you would use mask/helmet and weapons are not good without full set. If you want one for a set effect, guthan would probably be your best bet, as for slayer it will be great for healing and getting tasks done without food.

If he is killing in the Armadyl place, he doesn't need a sara item as theres no sara familiars there. All in all looks a good set up, same one I use. :D Also, aparently addy bars are a common drop, and so ROW doesn't affect it, so maybe bring either life or archer instead.

Well if you are tanking them, you will need to wear one piece of armadyl armour so that you do not get piled. This can be either any piece of armour if you can afford or lend, or the pendant of armadyl. If you are usign a prayer method, you need not bother with the pendant as you are praying so wont get hit by any of there attacks.

Are you f2p or p2p? If you are p2p, for range try ranging yaks with bronze knives if you have done the required quest, just wear max range boosting gear, avas device, buy a few range pots and range away. If you haven't done the required quest, just get max range bonus and range away at rock crabs/experiments, sure it wont be as good, but it will be good enough for the amount of exp you require atm. At about 60 or so, go to fire giants if you want a mix of exp/gp. For mage, i'm not quite sure on the best possible way to train this, but at 55 try alching - yew longs are always in excess supply due to fletchers, so you can get all you need to get to 70. Also, im not quite sure if you are f2p on methods, but im sure an f2per will help you out!
