I have recently decided to start training my pure again... and im not sure where the best place to train would be.

if u have any suggestions on where to train please share them with me, i havent trained a low lvl account since the bh update so i dont know where the best places to train would be. (I'm f2p btw)

Maybe varrock guards ?? I trained there a lot.

I'd suggest flesh crawlers in SoS. They're especially good for AFK training, because theres a room full of them and they will just keep attacking you for a while. You should bring some food though, seeing as your 1 def.
