Like i remember i talked to him once, but i forgot how i did it. I don't think i helped him because i can't explode the "ominous fishing spot" thing at Mudskipper point. I remember he poped up here, i just forgot how to summon him. Omg...Skipper is a npc, nevermind, thx I thought Skipper was a Giant mogre guy, must've been thinking of something else. :?
