Hey guys, just finished King's Ransom quest and about to do the Knight's Wave thing to unlock the prayers and get some xp. (Yes I know I don't have high enough prayer to use the new ones, but I'm planning on using an open altar soon to fix that)

 

 

 

With my stats (in sig) how hard do you think it would be? And I have a whip for the slash, dds for stab, what would be ideal for crush? d mace? Also, what would be the "ideal"/recommended inventory for me? And what armor? I currently have guthans, should I use that for its defense? Or my d chain/legs.

 

 

 

And one final thing-don't have a shield currently, should I just use the Holy book for the defense? (Low budget so I don't want to have to buy a shield) I have all 3 books, rune defender, etc.

Lol, i found this minigame really hard. I used sharks and tons of super restores and a super set. I still lost 3 times. If you don't have a barrelchest anchor, then get a d mace. Also, use the guthans, much better. If you don't have a shield, your going to lose pretty fast, get a good one and sell it back if you really don't need it. I think a rune defender would work, since your killing it faster.

 

So, bring sharks, restores, rune defender, and use the guthans. Try and get a D mace.

I did KWTG at 70-70-70... I completed it, but with no food and 20 hp left, with your stats, just bring guthans and use the spear whenever the style weekness of the current knight allows you to use that on the spear, since I forget the styles on it, I'll just name wepons for the styles..., whip for slash, dds/d long for stab, barrelchest anchor>d hally (spec owns)>d mace for crush

 

keep guthans armor on the whole time, good defense is essential, bring 2 supersets, 3 restores, 5 sharks, and the rest pineapple pizzas, the sharks are for one bit quick healing, in case you are 'bout to get K0ed, and pineapple pizzas are for normal healing, cause though they are 2 bite, they heal 2 more hp and are half the price... if you really want near-gaurontee of winning, bring brews/restores and a superset and keep the whole guthans set equipped the whole time... (costly...)

 

if you find you are running out of food and guthans isn't working, poison with dds spec, and trap them behind something... when the poison runs out, just do it again, make sure to super set before you spec though, they have high def!

Got it, wasn't too bad. Took two tries, first I literally red barred Lancelot and accidentally hit my restore instead of shark...died. Secodn wasn't bad, had most of my sharks left. Thanks for everyones help!

Real quick question... why did you use super restores? you could of used some other form of stat restore other than a 2.5K a dose type of thing... oh well, gratz!
