heard when u finish the third task the ring allows u to tele to draynor. Is this tele available to f2p and is it infinite numbers of tele or is there a limit?

it teleports you to the cabbage patch near falador and draynor. Yes its F2p, yes it has unlimited charges. (It can also cast 30 low alchemies and recharge run 3 times a day.)

I think the run recharge is about 25% or so. I can't quite remember, it's around there.
