Also, i was at GGs the other day, and someone told me that a NPC in Oo'glog will trade summoning pouches for shards. Thus, making it cheaper to train summoning. Is this true? And if it is, who is it? Thanks for your help in advance. 1. hunt birds for speed. 2. Not in Oo'glog, its a she and she is south of yanille, no quest requirements for trading summoning pouches for shards. She gives you 70% shards back, but you need to be higher than the level it was to make the pouch. It varies from pouch to pouch.
