I want to do "As a First Resort..." for the pools, but i need 3 more hunting levels. What is the best way to get them?

 

 

 

Also, i was at GGs the other day, and someone told me that a NPC in Oo'glog will trade summoning pouches for shards. Thus, making it cheaper to train summoning. Is this true? And if it is, who is it?

2. Not in Oo'glog, its a she and she is south of yanille, no quest requirements for trading summoning pouches for shards. She gives you 70% shards back, but you need to be higher than the level it was to make the pouch. It varies from pouch to pouch. (the level to trade it in i mean)
