There is actual quest guide for this quest and a seperate guide for the doors. There seems to be a contradiction at the door 4-part.

 

In the quest guide it says: 'Once you have done this, head down one floor using the stairs. Directly west of the stairs you should find a low wall - climb over it.' (http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=120)

 

And at the seperate door guide it says: 'Once you have done this, head down one floor using the stairs. Directly east of the stairs you should find a low wall - climb over it.' (http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?p ... le_d4.htm#)

 

 

 

Now I have no pic of this but I'm almost sure it was west of the stairs, if you really want to be 100% sure you should check it out yourself.
