ActiveX problem in vista....

This problem has nothing to do with runescape, but it's with a program that i'm using to play with Flight Simulator X. It's an called FDC live cockpit, and it's supposed to be helping me flying the plane. But um...i'm having problem installing it on my vista computer where i want to play it on, but have no problem at all installing it on my laptop which runs on xp... everytime i try to run it, it give me this error shown in the SS:

I have already set the program to compatibility mode at windows XP SP2, but it doesn't seems to help at all>.>....... I have looked all over the internet for help but got no luck. This is the last place i might get some help on( even tho tip.it forum is really not designed for flying...). So if you can, help me pls.....

Quit runescape on Jan 6th of 2008, at level of 115 with around 150M worth of item in bank...however stats still remains
