I decided to beat Shades of Mort'ton, since its fast and will get me 3 qp, but i saw that i need a team in a part of it....how i will get a team to do this quest ???

Not a team, lol. Its a minigame where you work as a team to rebuild the temple. All you need to do is go to the themed world (forgot which) and just buy a few materials and get your sanction up. Then bless your oils.
