Mj_Touched_U Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 Lately my laptop has been messing up on me. It wont let me run my itunes and says that my quicktime file is corrupt or unreadable. But it wont let me reinstall it, or even reset my memory to a point in the past. It tells me I need to run the Chkdsk utility, but I'm not down with all that :wall: . Also when I turned on my laptop the other day it told me my copy of vista was not genuine and made me put in my product key :?: . I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me what they think I could have done and how to fix it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thanks a lot, but I finally just reset the settings to factory status to fix it all.
